From a Basement Warehouse to Building a Multi-Million Dollar Course Empire

Max's journey from unfulfilling 9-to-5 grind to teaching thousands of entrepreneurs how to launch and scale profitable online courses.

PHASE 1: THE WAREHOUSE (2015)

Working in the Dark (Literally and Figuratively)

Max spent his days in a basement warehouse fulfilling e-commerce orders. He'd arrive before sunrise and leave after sunset, never seeing daylight. It was soul-crushing work with no future in sight. That's when he decided: there had to be a better way.

PHASE 2: THE AGENCY (2020)

Building His First Real Business (and Hitting $50K/mo)

Max launched an ad agency helping roofers get clients. It worked. Within months, he was making $50,000 a month and finally had the freedom he'd been chasing. But as the revenue grew, so did the burnout. He didn't want to trade one grind for another.

PHASE 3: THE FREE COURSE (2023)

Teaching Others What Worked (and Making Over $1M Doing It)

Instead of scaling the agency, Max decided to teach others how to start their own. He created a free course showing people how to build and grow their own agencies to $10K–$50K per month. The course took off, generating over $1.2 million — and Max realized he'd found his real calling.

PHASE 4: MAXPREMIUM (2024)

Scaling the Model with a Paid Community

Max launched Max Premium, a Skool community that combined agency training with course-building strategies. Inside, members learned how to run successful agencies while also building their own profitable course businesses. It became the hybrid model that unlocked the next level — and he went on to win the first ever Skool Games.

PHASE 5: KOURSE (2025)

Helping Everyday People Make 💰 With Courses

Today, Max runs Kourse — an info business designed to help entrepreneurs around the world launch, scale, and grow their online course businesses. Along the way, he assembled a high-level team to help execute the vision and went on to win his second Skool Games.
